Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our warehouse operations run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for handling various warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of products.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to optimize storage space and accessibility.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Handle returns and exchanges, processing them in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
