About The Role

This role oversees end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including managing 3PL warehouse performance across operational issues, inventory accuracy, and other 3PL-related matters. Responsibilities include maintaining optimal inventory levels by warehouse, monitoring inbound and outbound activities for FBA and FBT warehouses, and ensuring efficient logistics execution. The role also focuses on logistics cost optimization, including accurate cost and invoice entry, as well as managing logistics-related chargebacks.

In addition, it supports warehouse-specific operational activities as needed, such as donations, disposals, returns, and other special inventory movements.

Given the complexity of our K-beauty product catalog—consisting of thousands of SKUs, frequent launches, and fast inventory movement—the ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Korean/English proficiency is required due to daily coordination with our Korea-based 3PL partners.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory levels between internal DC systems and 3PL reports to ensure data accuracy across all platforms
  • Translate and clarify inventory instructions, reports, and discrepancies between Korean and English when needed
  • Investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and adjustments in a timely manner
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and variance reporting with both internal teams and 3PL partners
  • Monitor inbound/outbound issues for FBA and FBT
  • Optimize logistics costs and manage invoice entries
  • Manage logistics chargeback
  • Other warehouse-specific operation management (Donation, Disposal, Return, etc)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory-related communication with Korea-based 3PL partners
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements, transfers, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP, WMS, and other inventory management systems
  • Review and validate inventory reports, shipment confirmations, and adjustment logs
  • Identify data inconsistencies and proactively flag potential system or process issues
  • Assist in improving inventory control processes, SOPs, and reporting accuracy
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal volume changes by ensuring inventory readiness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams
  • Other duties as assigned per business needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Experience managing large SKU counts (hundreds to thousands of SKUs) in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and trends quickly
  • High proficiency with inventory systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with overseas or Korea-based vendors or 3PL partners
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, CPG, or e-commerce industries
  • Familiarity with inventory audits, cycle counting, and reconciliation best practices

We encourage early applications, as applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and the position will close on January 26.
