It’s a critical operations role supporting receiving, shipping, inventory, kitting, and pick/pack—all under one roof.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or similar experience
- Comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs solo (50 lbs with assistance)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
Forklift experience is a plus—but we can train the right person!

What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days Are the Same!)
You’ll Rotate Through Key Warehouse Functions, Including Receiving- Verify incoming product quantities and documentation
- Scan and put away inventory using our ERP system
- Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts
- Prep pallets, boxes, labels, BOLs, and tracking
- Ship domestic & international orders
- Schedule pickups and ensure on-time deliveries
- Pick and pack parts with speed and accuracy
- Build customer kits to spec
- Scan barcodes and keep materials flowing
- Locate missing parts
- Process special shipments, PODs, and priority orders
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Working as part of a tight-knit team
- Following safety and quality standards (we take both seriously)
