Inventory & Logistics Lead

YOLA Beauty is a fast-growing beauty brand operator and distributor, partnering with top-tier retailers like Ross, Miniso, and Urban Outfitters. We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Inventory & Logistics Lead to manage our daily warehouse operations, order flow, and inventory accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solution‑oriented, and eager to grow into a future leadership position. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and be a key player in our supply chain execution.

• Manage and track inbound and outbound shipments
• Oversee warehouse receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Operate and update the WMS system (e.g., Zoho Inventory)
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and brand teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report on stock health
• Optimize warehouse layout and operational workflows
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and logistics documents as needed
• Work directly on‑site with warehouse assistants and support daily hands‑on operations
• Identify process improvements and support warehouse SOP implementation

• 1–2 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain preferred
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hands‑on, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory software
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus, but not required
