Warehouse Fulfillment Associate- Night Shift

Global e-commerce womenswear brand, Naked Wardrobe is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate. As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including packing, picking, storing, and shipping apparel products.

• Receive incoming shipments of apparel products and verify the accuracy of the received items
• Unload, unpack, and inspect merchandise for any damages or defects
• Sort and organize merchandise in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory management
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirements
• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks for outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• 1–2 years of warehouse fulfillment experience, ideally within the e-commerce apparel industry
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have basic computer knowledge and skills
• Comfortable reading and interpreting safety guidelines, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
