Warehouse Worker at R.W Zant, a division of Burris Logistics. Full‑time hourly schedule 3:30PM‑12AM Sunday‑Thursday. Pay $18.75/hr reports to Warehouse Supervisor.

• Order pulling and picking for outbound shipments.
• Order and product staging.
• Receive and put away inventory.
• Replenish pick locations.
• Support clean, safe, organized warehouse operations.

• Load pallets in correct temp zones and spec order.
• Hand‑stack, restack, and secure trailers as needed.
• Pre‑cool trailers and set cooling units.
• Use dock restraints and follow SOPs.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF units.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment.
• Follow lifting techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and clutter‑free area.
• Minimize product damage and reduce waste.
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
• Be ready to assist across departments.
• Occasionally support inventory counts.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse and MHE experience a plus.

• Love working as part of a team.

• Frequently lift, carry, and stack products.
• Perform repetitive movements: bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, grasping.
• Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods on concrete or cold storage floors.
• Build pallets up to 6 feet high with cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in fast‑paced environments requiring dexterity and attention to detail.
• Tolerate cold temperatures and varying noise levels.
• Work in tight spaces and around racking; occasional climbing and stooping.
• Maintain endurance for continuous, physically demanding tasks.
• Use headsets and PPE (steel‑toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
• Work around common food allergens.
