Job Description

Assistant (delivery) role at Domino’s Pizza.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver product by car to the customer’s door; distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment and prepare product.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Pass a background check and have open availability.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make rapid, accurate movements.
• Type orders on a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain cost controls.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Work under varying weather and temperature conditions, including exposure to hot and cold surfaces.
• Lift and carry product up to 50 pounds and manage standing, walking, bending, and climbing demands.

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person; ability to train and lead.
