Location:

North Hollywood, CA - Vanowen - Retail shop

• Act as the "face of Airgas," delivering compressed gas cylinders to local and regional business customers using a company‑provided truck.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload the truck daily with gas cylinders and supplies.
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with customers.
• Make deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring cylinders are safely strapped and unstrapped.
• Use hand carts to deliver cylinders on customer property sites; role is labor intensive.
• Frequent exit from the vehicle as required.

• Valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT & Airbrake endorsements.
• Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements.
• No more than two (2) traffic convictions or two (2) at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years (or a combination of one conviction and one accident).
• No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years.
• Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment.
• Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with material handling equipment.
• Minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 5 years or a certificate of completion from trucking school within the last 5 years.
• Hazmat endorsement required.

Competitive compensation with a $30/hr base, monthly bonus opportunity, and referral bonus of $1,000.
