ITP Fueling Supervisor

The Aircraft Fueling Supervisor supervises and coordinates all Aircraft Fuelers in the Operation, safely and efficiently while fueling/defueling and servicing of aircraft at the airport. The role requires performing basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) related to weight, measurement, and volume to interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions as they pertain to fueling. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

This position maintains a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

• Supervising Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers perform their duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner according to Company/Carrier’s standards to ensure effective operation of fueling.
• Recommending manpower requirements, performing as a mentor while maintaining harmony among workers and resolving grievances.
• Ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner, upholding the company’s commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions.

• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English and perform basic math calculations.
• Will be able to handle fueling carts and fueling hoses that may require lifting and moving up to 70 lbs.
• Work is primarily outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience preferred, including possession of a Commercial Driver’s License or experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
