Responsibilities:

Follow up with the daily clearance process, including terminal pickup, warehouse operation, and truck handover. Complete customs clearance reports daily and weekly, monitoring both normal and abnormal clearance processes.

Coordinate daily operations with airline cargo terminals, brokers, and warehouses for E-commerce cargo handling.

Upload checkpoint data and monitor KPIs for clearance lead time to achieve performance targets.

Dispatch trucks daily to load shipments to the last mile station.

Monitor monthly operational costs and manage cost control for clearance operations.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics companies, with practical knowledge of customs clearance and warehouse operations.

Knowledge of E-commerce parcel operations, clearance processes, and regulations such as T86 entry procedures.

Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and working with software like PPT.

Strong stress resistance and result-oriented mindset.

Bilingual in Chinese and English.
