Overview
The Shuttle Driver drives passengers to and from assigned locations. Depending on the contractual need this could be around or near an airport, commercial building, hospital, sports arena, entertainment venue, educational facility, or warehouse.
PayHourly rate: $30.15 per hour (specific offer will vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data).
ShiftsAll shifts: morning, swing, and graveyard.
Required Driver’s LicenseMust have a CDL Class A or Class B driver's license with passenger endorsement and air brakes.

Basic Qualifications- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Must hold a CDL with the required class and endorsement
- One (1) year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver is preferred
- Transport, load, and unload passengers, providing daily transportation services at designated pick‑up and drop‑off locations
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers, including operation and handling of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs (e.g., wheelchair lifts and tie‑downs)
- Assist passengers with luggage as needed
- Inspect vehicles regularly to identify unsafe conditions or maintenance issues; perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance activities
- Meet patrons needing assistance to and from various airport locations and lots
- Inspect shuttle for preexisting damage record information using electronic device or manual ticket
- Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to inquiries courteously, give directions to the nearest highway, destination, etc.
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuation activities as appropriate
- Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and log fuel use
- Maintain a clean work environment by disinfecting the shuttle after each use
- Perform pre‑inspection and post‑inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, adherence to Department of Transportation standards, and compliance with safety standards
