We are seeking passionate champions of driver excellence to transport passengers safely, comfortably, and on time. The role requires stellar organizational, customer‑service, and time‑management skills.

Base Pay: $18.00/hr
Tips: Uncapped

• Deliver Exceptional Service: greet passengers, assist with luggage, and provide a comfortable riding experience.
• Safe & Reliable Transportation: safely pick up passengers and transport them to their destination while obeying traffic laws and practicing safe driving habits.
• Maintain Vehicle Standards: keep the vehicle clean, safe, and comfortable to ensure an optimal ride experience for all passengers.
• Efficient Navigation & Coordination: determine the best routes using GPS, routing apps, and city knowledge to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting times.

• Experience Requirements:
  • Must be 25 years of age or older to drive our vehicles.
  • Possess a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Professional and polite demeanor with the ability to remain calm in busy driving situations (e.g., rush hour, traffic).
  • Verbal and written fluency in English to communicate effectively with passengers.
• Availability:
  • Willingness to take weekend and night shifts as necessary.

• Competitive Pay:
  Base rate of $18/hour plus generous tips and opportunities for bonuses and stock options.
