Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Softball Coach to lead and develop our softball program. The ideal candidate is passionate about athletic development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, with the ability to create a positive and competitive environment.

• Plan and conduct practices and games
• Teach and develop softball fundamentals
• Foster teamwork, discipline and positive sportsmanship
• Adherence to league/school policies
• Communicate effectively with players and parents
• Keeps the Athletic Director informed of problems and/or concerns
• Successfully completes online coaching courses on concussions, heat illness, and sudden cardiac arrest through NFHS Learning Center, along with First aid training
• Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director

• Compensation
  : $25 per hour

• 2 games per week on Mondays and Thursdays
  • ~4.5 hours per game
• 2 Practices per week on Tuesdays and Fridays
  • ~3 hours per practice
