Body Fit Training (BFT) is a results-driven group training studio that blends strength and cardio training with proven programming and real-time performance tracking. Backed by science and led by elite coaches, we dont just train bodieswe transform them. Now, were looking for a dynamic, experienced, and inspiring Head Coach/Fitness Manager to lead our West Hollywood studio and make a lasting impact on our community.

As the Head Coach/Fitness Manager
, you will be the face of our studios training experience. Youll lead from the front coaching with excellence, mentoring other coaches, and ensuring that every session meets the highest standards of motivation, safety, and results.

• Coach group training sessions following BFT's programming model with energy, purpose, and personalized attention
• Mentor, train, and evaluate coaching staff to maintain coaching consistency and elevate team performance
• Drive member engagement and retention through exceptional service and authentic connections
• Collaborate with studio management on member acquisition, retention strategies, and studio operations
• Ensure safety and proper form in all classes, addressing member needs with professionalism and care
• Monitor studio performance data and use insights to drive improvements in coaching and client experience

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent national accreditation (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of group fitness coaching or personal training experience; leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of functional fitness, strength & conditioning, and client programming
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills you lead, motivate, and build community
