Equipment Fellow

The Los Angeles Rams are working to build our legacy as a top sports brand in Los Angeles. With a plethora of events in the offseason and working to create meaningful cultural connections with new fans across LA, the calendar is chock full of amazing brand experiences.

Note:

This job will conclude on 2/28/2027.

• Daily field set up and break down
• Assist Position Coaches with set up and drills
• Facilitate laundry operation on a daily basis with assistance of part time employees
• Daily Maintenance check of practice and field equipment
• Assist with toiletries inventory, ordering, and re-stocking
• Facility maintenance of locker room and equipment room
• Assist in upkeep of protective equipment including helmets, shoulder pads, guardian caps and visors
• Distribute, clean, and maintain player clothing for gamedays
• Assist the Management of Zebra tags activation of jerseys and footballs with AT Staff
• Charge and maintain player bags to ensure disinfectant process cleans player equipment properly
• Assist with apparel distribution and inventory management
• Manage inventory of self-service cabinets for players
• Pack travel trunks for home and away trips
• Clean and organize storage room and pods
• Equipment Room set up and break down for training camp
• Pack items for training camp as assigned by the full-time staff

• Applicants with a working experience in a football equipment room setting are preferred, but not required
• AEMA certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift to 50lbs
• Basic knowledge of Sport Soft and Microsoft Office programs preferred
• Work non-traditional hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and travel according to the team’s schedule
• Understand rules of football, with eagerness to learn more

Hourly Rate: $21.00/hour + overtime eligibility
