Schedule:

Minimum of 5 classes per week (Full-time and part-time roles available)

POSITION SUMMARY We are expanding our team of dedicated professionals at Club Pilates. This role offers an opportunity to shape the fitness journeys of our diverse clientele while growing within the industry's leading Pilates brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and lead dynamic group reformer Pilates sessions
• Implement Club Pilates signature programming with precision
• Create an energetic and inclusive class environment
• Client Success

• Provide expert guidance and personalized modifications
• Track and celebrate client progress

• Maintain impeccable safety standards and proper form
• Uphold studio protocols and equipment maintenance

• Support studio events and member retention initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Certification

• Recognition from established organizations (Club Pilates, BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT)
• Current CPR/AED certification preferred

Experience & Skills

• Teaching experience valued; exceptional candidates considered regardless of experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated passion for health and wellness
• Ability to manage group dynamics effectively
