Stretch Lab Venice is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is revolutionizing the fitness industry.

Stretch Lab specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching, led by a team of certified experts from various health and fitness backgrounds. Our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) ensures clients receive world-class stretching sessions.

• Deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions and lead group stretching classes for up to 6 clients.
• Motivate and encourage clients during sessions.
• Build and retain membership base.
• Ensure client safety and enforce policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions.
• Address member concerns.
• Assist with studio tours, offsite events, and sales activities.
• Maintain a strong social media presence for client engagement and retention.
• Keep equipment clean and functional.

• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, flexibility, and mobility.
• Relevant certifications/licenses such as Massage Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Dance/Yoga Instructor.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a fitness or health setting.
• Ability to foster a welcoming environment.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Passion for connecting with people and helping achieve their goals.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
• Willingness to complete the Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online, 2 days in-person, 20 hours practice).
