Senior Software Engineer; NO C2C OR H1B

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java / Spring Boot) to join our Ad Serving Engineering organization. This team is responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining a high-performance, distributed, microservices-based Digital Advertising Platform.

• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices
• Write and review high-quality production code and automated tests
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical implementations
• Define and document system architecture and software designs
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
• Participate in a weekly rotating on‑call support schedule
• Identify optimizations and performance enhancements
• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Java (heap management, multithreading, profiling, etc.)
• Deep experience with:
• Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks
• Non-relational databases (e.g., Dynamo
  
  DB)
• Redis and/or Mem Cache
• Apache Kafka and/or Kinesis
• AWS or other cloud platforms
• Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to define technical and operational metrics
• Experience collaborating across teams and mentoring others
• STEM degree + relevant professional experience
