They demonstrate exceptional ingenuity in rapidly build lightweight, user facing prototypes (including AI powered ones) to validate ideas and generate insights before scaling. They are equally comfortable writing code, wiring integrations and making smart use of existing platforms/tools to get to a working demo.

• Design & development:
  • Build end to end lightweight solutions that demonstrate concepts and workflows in days or weeks (not months), with enough structure to evolve into production solutions.
  • Use a mix of modern frameworks, cloud services, and low-code/no-code tools to deliver interactive, user facing experiences quickly.
  • Hands on in autonomously translating ambiguous / loosely defined business requirements into technical experiments, proofs of concept and lean MVPs.
• Collaboration:
  • Partner with business leaders, product, design colleagues and data / BI specialists to understand challenges and problem solve technology driven solutions, often working with uncertain or partial information.
  • Autonomously break down user stories and technical solutions into small, value driven slices that deliver meaningful end to end functionality.
  • Adapt quickly to different problem spaces and surface insights that connect patterns across solutions / ideas.
• Quality & performance:
  • Write clean, efficient, and well documented code – even in prototyping to ensure clarity and reusability where solutions prove valuable.
  • Apply automated testing and CI/CS practices proportionally: lightweight for prototypes, more rigorous as solution matures or is deemed ready for productionalization.
  • Maintain and improve prototypes to ensure they are usable, performant and reliable enough for stakeholder validation.
• Continuous learning:
  • Experiment with emerging low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery, where appropriate.
  • Stay curious and hands on with AWS serverless, modern front end frameworks, data visualization, and AI automation services.

• Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills, with a proven ability to thrive in diverse, cross functional, ambiguous environments.
• Experience (5+ years) in full stack Product Development in fast paced, Innovation oriented and high performance environments (e.g. Startups, labs).
• Experience with low code/ no code platforms (e.g. Power Apps, Out Systems, Cursor).
• Experience in integrating Power BI into applications (embedding dashboards, connecting APIs, managing refresh Schedules);
  Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, Java script/Type Script, Node.js).
• Experience with modern front end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue.js), and design handoff tools (e.g. Figma Inspect), to build responsive user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with backend services.
• Experience in back end frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot with a focus in developing modular, maintainable micro services.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and containerization (docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of modern engineering best practices (Clean code, git workflows, testing, CI CD, devops Securtiy and scalability.. )
• Bachelor‑s or Master’s degree in an engineer or related tech field.
