Job:
Simulation Engineer (Graphics / 3D)
Work Style: Hybrid, with regular in-person collaboration
The RoleWe’re building next-generation real-time systems that simulate dynamic, realistic human motion in 3D environments. This role focuses on procedural animation at runtime, not traditional keyframing, and operates close to the engine where performance, stability, and realism all matter, often without a textbook solution.
In parallel, we’re building a production-grade platform for advanced 3D workflows and are looking for a Simulation Engineer to help turn cutting-edge research into robust, user-facing products. This is a high-ownership role spanning backend services, tooling, and integrations across the 3D ecosystem.
What You’ll Do- Bridge research prototypes and production systems.
- Turn standalone scripts into reliable, debuggable pipelines with clear inputs and outputs.
- Build backend services and APIs that expose complex 3D workflows cleanly.
- Integrate with common 3D tools and file formats.
- Improve reliability, documentation, and developer experience over time.
- Strong proficiency in C#, C++, and Python
. - Ample experience with real-time game engines
. - Solid understanding of 3D graphics and computer vision fundamentals
. - Experience taking prototypes to production (testing, CI/CD, versioning).
- Backend experience with APIs and service reliability.
- Experience with Game development, ML-driven graphics, 3D reconstruction, or photogrammetry.
- GPU workflows, containerization, or cloud-based pipelines.
- Experience in VFX, animation, or game production environments.
We’re a small, brilliant team working in stealth on ambitious 3D and spatial computing problems. We value in-person collaboration and are building something meaningful and one of a kind.
