Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Mount laurel, NJ
. Candidate must have strong expertise in Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $51/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Designing and developing advanced Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectural patterns.
- Implementing cross‑platform functionality using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and contributing to iOS features using MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Integrating RESTful APIs, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth data flow across the mobile ecosystem.
- Writing unit tests and contributing to CI/CD pipelines to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues using tools such as Charles Proxy and version control systems like Git Hub and Source Tree.
- Collaborating closely with UI/UX and cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design user experiences, and deliver product features using Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8–10 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Android development.
- Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and mobile application architecture principles.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, RESTful API integrations, and cross‑functional team collaboration.

Pay Details$49.00 to $51.00 per hour
