ABOUT

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain our next‑generation web applications and APIs. This role requires a strong background in developing robust, scalable solutions on AWS, with a specific focus on integrating and utilizing AI/ML services to enhance product functionality and user experience. You will be a technical leader, responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, high‑performing applications.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and develop scalable APIs and web services using modern frameworks and programming languages, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security - with a focus on microservices and serverless technologies.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, component‑based web applications using React‑based frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vue.js).
  • Integrate and leverage AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Sage Maker, Rekognition, Polly, and others to enhance applications with predictive analytics, image analysis, and natural language processing.
  • Create and deploy web‑based GPT clients that securely communicate with backend Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to orchestrate AI models and external data sources.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues around performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in web development, AI, and AWS to continuously innovate.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 5+ years of experience in full‑stack web and API development.
  • Deep expertise in modern cloud development on AWS, including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Event Bridge, SQS, ECS, and S3.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML integration, including working with platforms like Claude, OpenAI, or Cursor to power intelligent workflows and internal tooling.
  • Familiarity with LLM prompt design, AI orchestration patterns, and how to design fallback/recovery logic around external model APIs.
  • Strong backend programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java, with a solid understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks, including React.js, Next.js, and related JavaScript/Type Script ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to replace or rearchitect legacy platforms with scalable, cloud‑native systems tailored to internal business needs.
  • Experience with both relational (Postgre

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally with product managers, CRM devs, and data engineers.
