You will play a key role in shaping the gameplay, mechanics, and overall experience of a new title designed to engage and inspire players.

• Collaborate closely with the project owner to translate creative vision into technical game features
• Design, develop, and implement core gameplay systems with an emphasis on RPG mechanics
• Build and optimize game environments, character interactions, and progression systems
• Integrate user feedback and iterate on gameplay elements to enhance player experience
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across platforms
• Coordinate with artists, designers, and other contributors as needed
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet milestones

• Proven experience developing video games, preferably with RPG or open-world elements
• Proficiency in game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++, or similar languages
• Solid understanding of game design principles, player engagement, and narrative integration
• Experience with hybrid or on-site collaboration; must be based in or able to travel to Los Angeles
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilitiesกล:
