• Role: Full Stack Software Engineer – Healthcare Platform
• Location/Type: Los Angeles, CA
  • Hybrid (1–2 days/week in Beverly Hills)
• Pay: $190k–$200k base + equity
• Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours

You’ll join a lean team building real-time patient engagement and AI-driven healthcare systems, with direct access to the CPO and VP of Engineering. You own features end to end. Less process. More shipping.

• Build full-stack features from idea to production.

• Ship scalable systems for real-time healthcare workflows.

• Write clean, tested frontend and backend code.

• Design APIs and backend services for ops and clinical intelligence.

• Partner closely with product and engineering leadership.

• Improve code quality and delivery speed.

Location

• LA-based; within ~20–25 miles of the office.

Core Requirements (all candidates)

• Strong Type Script or JavaScript experience.

• React or another modern frontend framework.

• Hands-on Postgre
  
  SQL experience in production systems.

• Comfortable owning features end to end.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Experience Path (one required)

Mid-Level (3–5 years)

• Deep, hands-on Ruby and Ruby on Rails experience.

• Shipped production features using Rails.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Senior (7–10+ years)

• Strong backend experience in Node.js, Python, or Ruby.

• Some exposure to Ruby/Rails required
  (side projects, coursework, or limited production use is fine).

• Able to ramp quickly into Rails ownership.

• AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.

• AI-enabled dev tools or workflows.

• Data-heavy or analytics-driven systems.

• Pay: $190k–$200k base + equity.
