We create products across all areas of software — from web and mobile apps to cutting-edge work at the forefront of AI and large language models.

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you’ll lead engineering for one or more initiatives ’ll architect the stack, write clean code, and work with your teammates to do whatever it takes to ship great products. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to take products from idea to production. As an early employee at a startup, you’ll also be part of creating our culture!

• Client projects:
  Work with a startup founder to build the MVP of their idea

• Internal projects:
  Build an internal AI tool to transform our own workflows

• Hiring:
  Help us grow our team and interview future candidates

• Leadership:
  Mentor other engineers to level up our team

Our ideal candidate is a generalist software engineer who loves to learn new things fast!

We care about the ability to learn quickly and lead projects from idea to production more than any specific skills, but here are some preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in a lead role

• Growth mindset: able to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and more

• Experience with end-to-end product development, from idea to production

• Frontend experience:
  Type Script, React

• Backend experience:
  Type Script or Python, Node.js or FastAPI

• Experience with databases (e. g. Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, etc)

• Strong written and verbal communicator in English

• Ability to accurately estimate timelines and scope

• Bonus:

  • Experience using AI tools for coding (e. g. Cursor)

  • Experience building products using Generative AI / LLMs (e. g. using OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, etc)

  • Cool side projects that you’d like to show us!

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Your exact compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors that reflect your individual qualifications and how they align with the needs of the role.
