We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team and help build innovative solutions that power our real estate investment platform. The ideal candidate will leverage both front‑end and back‑end expertise to create seamless, efficient applications that support data‑driven decision‑making. The project focuses on a data‑driven real‑estate investment firm specializing in last‑mile industrial properties across the United States.

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using React on the front end and Node.js on the back end.
• Build and optimize relational database schemas and queries.
• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces for internal tools and client‑facing applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Lead technical planning and architectural decisions for new features and systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high‑quality standards.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in the React.js ecosystem and Type Script.
• Proficiency in Node.js for back‑end development.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience with API design and development.
  
  Solid understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS).

• Knowledge of real‑estate technology or fintech domains.
• Experience with Python for data processing or back‑end services.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
