We are seeking a Backend Developer experienced in PHP and Go to evolve our critical Monetization platforms. This role involves working on new microservices development alongside improving the stability, performance, and architecture of existing legacy PHP systems.

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services utilizing PHP (legacy and modern) and Go.
• Refactor, stabilize, and successfully migrate legacy PHP codebases to modern architectural standards.
• Design scalable APIs and microservices essential for high-availability systems.
• Optimize Postgre
  
  SQL/MySQL queries, schemas, and data models to enhance performance.
• Improve performance, reliability, and observability across distributed services.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Frontend, and Dev Ops teams.
• Participate actively in code reviews and champion best engineering practices.

• 5+ years of backend development experience with PHP and/or Go.
• Proven experience managing legacy PHP systems, including leading refactoring or migration efforts.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
• Experience implementing Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with backend testing and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Background working in gaming, fintech, or high-load platform environments.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
