Sr. Software Engineer

SR SOFTWARE ENGINEER WANTED - DRIVE MEANINGFUL IMPACT AT HYPERGROWTH VENTURE

Are you driven by impact, ownership, and a passion for elegant yet efficient systems?

• Create real-time dashboards and campaign management tools for high-volume ad performance data
• Build APIs and microservices for integration with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok)
• Build responsive frontend applications for complex ad operations workflows
• Deploy and maintain production cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) with CI/CD, monitoring, and scaling
• Collaborate on system architecture decisions supporting multiple AI agent integrations

• Languages:
  
  JavaScript expertise with modern frameworks (React/Vue/Angular), Python expertise, and experience with at least one low-level language (C, C++, Rust, Zig, or similar)
• Experience:
  
  Building large-scale SaaS platforms from scratch;
  Cloud deployment and Dev Ops

• React/Next.js/Vue.js, FastAPI/Django/Flask, Docker/Kubernetes, Postgre
  
  SQL/Mongo
  
  DB/Redis, Temporal/Airflow/Dagster, Kafka/Rabbit
  
  MQ, AuthN and AuthZ

Compensation: $120-180k Base depending on experience
