As a Full Stack Engineer, you’re responsible for delivering beautiful experiences to Celonis EMS users. You will be at the frontier of full stack development, pushing the boundaries of product, UX, and engineering to quickly grow our EMS platform with easy‑to‑use experiences.

Users need help categorizing and simplifying their data in order to explore and identify insights to optimize their unique business processes. We are building the next generation of process insights with object‑centric process mining to help them save time and money.

• Implement and test new features in Angular Type Script with guidance from senior engineers.
• Help develop and maintain server‑side components using Java Spring Boot.
• Learn and use our development tools and environment (Nx, Jest, OpenAPI, Docker, shell, etc).
• Participate in product and design discussions to learn about our users and business goals.
• Contribute to our shared components and core architecture with guidance and support.
• Assist in identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues.
• Learn from your teammates through mentorship, collaboration, and code reviews.
• Write clean, understandable, and testable code with a focus on quality and learning best practices.
• Actively participate in code reviews, both providing thoughtful feedback and learning from feedback on your own code.
• Help build, launch, and maintain features in our production environment.
• Contribute to a fun and inclusive engineering culture.

• You’ll help build the next generation of process mining!
• Has features that make it easier to model customers processes in ways that match business reality
• Enable automatic insights by using Celonis’s process catalog to automatically tag customer data
• Allow the user to add semantic meaning to their business graph which they can then query in milliseconds
• Partner with our AI/ML teams to suggest modeling steps that save users time modeling their complex source data
• Build towards enabling all‑of‑business process insights
• High visibility to sales & executive leadership

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 0-1 years of software development experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion and motivation to learn and grow as a software engineer

The base salary range for this role in California is $134,000 — $181,000 USD. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note the base salary range is a guideline, and the actual total compensation offer will be based on various factors, including applicant’s qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
