A social services agency in Los Angeles seeks a Case Manager to provide comprehensive support for individuals experiencing homelessness. The Case Manager will manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients, develop individualized service plans, and advocate for client's needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in case management, knowledge of community resources, and strong interpersonal skills. This full-time position is 100% onsite with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
