Overview
Seeking a board-certified psychiatrist for a full-time Medical Director role overseeing outpatient psychiatric care, psychopharmacology, PMHNP supervision, and rTMS therapy.
Responsibilities- Providing clinical leadership and developing treatment plans
- Managing medication regimens and supervising PMHNPs
- Overseeing rTMS therapy applications
- Ensuring compliance and participating in quality improvement
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Engaging in community outreach and professional content creation
- MD or DO with active CA DEA license
- Experience in evidence-based psychopharmacology and managing high-volume care
- Supervision experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sacramento area
