Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Case Manager role based in Pomona. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing career counseling, conducting vocational assessments, and guiding clients in identifying suitable career paths aligned with their skills and goals. Responsibilities include creating individualized employment plans, assisting clients in accessing training opportunities, and facilitating connections with community resources. The case manager will also maintain accurate documentation and regularly follow up with clients to monitor progress and provide support.
Qualifications- Strong skills in career counseling, case management, and client support
- Experience with vocational assessments and developing individualized career plans
- Effective communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with training programs, employment services, and community resources
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in workforce development or related fields is beneficial
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; multilingual skills are a plus
