Clinical Supervisor

$80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience as well as eligible stipends)

• Bilingual Stipend: $5,000
• Intensive Stipend: $3,000

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
• Minimum two years post-licensure (BBS supervision eligible)
• Experience in LA County service delivery preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred or required depending on site needs)

• Leadership that inspires and uplifts clinical teams
• Clinical expertise in evidence-based practices and family systems
• Sharp documentation skills that meet DMH and agency standards
• Crisis management skills and a calm, confident presence under pressure
