Pay: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities- Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for our residential youth and promote a professional and supportive environment.
- Monitor and document youth behaviors and actions, participate in educational and recreational activities, and collaborate with other departments to establish and meet each youth’s treatment plan goals.
- Uphold a sense of community by teaching and modeling cooperation, respect, and responsibility in the group living environment for other staff.
- Be empathetic, patient, and respectful, with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.
- Applicants are required to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
- Must hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
- Candidates should have 60 hours of college education in a directly related field of study or at least one year of prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar Direct Care position, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Completion of company-required training within six months of placement in the position is mandatory.
- Internal applicants must have an acceptable performance record and at least 90 days of experience in a Child Care Worker or higher Direct Care position.
- Must complete Initial Qualifications Training prior to placement in this role.
- Morning Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Evening Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
