The Food Preparation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all food services, including breakfast and lunch preparations, home meals, center snacks, and special events. The role involves overseeing kitchen staff to ensure food is received, stored, prepared, served, and disposed of according to standards and regulations. Maintaining records for compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), internal policies, and regulatory guidance is also required.

• A Food Protection Manager certificate from an ANSI-accredited provider, or within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on site demographics (preferred).
• At least 2 years of food service experience (preferred).
• Experience working with the elderly in community or healthcare settings (preferred).
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience in food service (preferred).
• A valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA or Red Cross guidelines.

$25.00 - $29.32 hourly
