Lead Maintenance Technician, Cloud Kitchens - Los Angeles, CA

We support a broad range of restaurateurs, from entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant to global quick-service chains.

What you’ll do

• Perform repairs and refurbishments in multiple local facilities, including but not limited to:
• Drywall
• Patching and painting
• Tiling
• Basic masonry
• Shelving and wall-mounted equipment
• Perform basic planned preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of handyman / craftsman experience
• Ability to perform basic repair and remediation on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative environment: you will work with experienced colleagues and managers to learn, grow and achieve goals, and collaborate with other teams to ensure customer success

What else you need to know

This is a field-based role in the Greater Los Angeles Area with blended daily site and remote work.

Job details

• Job Type: Full-time - Onsite
• Pay: $31.00 - $35.00/hr (based on experience)
• Expected hours: 40 hours per week
• Benefits: 401(k), Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance, Mileage and Toll Reimbursement
