Job Description SummaryRoad Mechanic
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to:

This Road Mechanic/Technician role performs preventive maintenance, performs diagnostics, and makes repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment. Some locations may have a fleet of large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas related equipment.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired - Experience:
3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas) strongly preferred - License:
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age; CDL may be required in some locations) - Knowledge/
Skills:
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals; ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment; bilingual may be required based on location - Tools:
May need to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
