Statewide Enterprises is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance of our apartment communities.

This role focuses on completing in-unit repairs for occupied and vacant apartments, ensuring all work orders are handled efficiently and professionally through App Folio.

• Plumbing repairs such as replacing toilets, sinks, faucets, and fixtures
• Electrical work including lighting, switches, outlets, exhaust fans, and ceiling fans
• Lock replacement and rekeying
• General apartment repairs and troubleshooting
• Completing and closing work orders through App Folio
• Providing respectful, customer-focused service to residents
• Other Duties as needed

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• Ability to complete and track work orders using App Folio or similar software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
