We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Solar Installation Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. You will be responsible for installing photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to all safety protocols and codes.

• Install solar panels and photovoltaic systems on rooftops and other structures.
• Assemble, mount, and wire solar modules, panels, and support structures.
• Ensure systems meet local, state, and federal building and electrical codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on solar installations.
• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and other crew members.
• Document installation progress and provide accurate reports or photos as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and adhere to all company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns on-site.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical or trade school certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in solar installation or related electrical / construction work.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, basic wiring, and construction techniques.
• Understanding of electrical and roofing systems.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred).
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
