Optimus Properties, LLC (), a Real Estate Development and property management company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Property Handyman to assist with minor renovations and handle tenant repairs at various properties in Los Angeles.

Requirements
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment
- Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, drywall, and flooring repairs
- Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness at all work sites
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various locations/job sites
- Proficient in English
- Authorized to work in the US
