• Handle a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing components.
• Diagnose leaks and other plumbing problems.
• Work with Service Titan software (knowledge a plus).
• Perform plumbing maintenance and educate homeowners.
• Collaborate with HVAC and electrician professionals.
• Provide customers with quality options and close calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers.

• Minimum 1 year of service plumbing experience with sales experience (required).
• A polite manner and excellent customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of water systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, repiping, re‑drain, leak detection, and water heaters.

• Stand or sit for 50% of the time.
• Might need to bend, climb stairs or ladders, and perform repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• Might be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• Might be required to maneuver up to 25 lb by lifting, carrying, or pushing.

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $75,000 to $120,000. The actual base pay depends on training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
