Service Technician

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, large air handlers, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance, system checks, refrigerant charging, and leak testing
• Service restaurant-style refrigeration when needed (ice machines, walk-in coolers/freezers) a big plus if you have this background
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed
• Support a professional, customer-facing culture (uniforms provided)

• Entry / early-career technicians (including recent trade school graduates): starting around $25/hr, with room to grow
• Experienced technicians: commonly in the $38–$48/hr range
• Senior / high-level techs: can reach $40–$70/hr depending on skill level and experience
• Overtime is available for those who want it.

• Take-home company service vehicle, gas card, and toll coverage (Fast Trak)
• Company-provided specialty tools and equipment
• Strong training investment with frequent hands-on classes (monthly / often every couple weeks)
• Clear growth path with ongoing technical development

• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Open to recent trade school graduates and early-career technicians
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred, but open to strong residential technicians transitioning into commercial
