Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Red Lilly Plumbing, Inc. In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments. Past experience in an HVAC service technician role and an EPA certification is required. You are a team player, comfortable working independently, proud of completing customer jobs efficiently, and have a positive attitude.
Pay includes a base salary plus commission.

- Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling refrigerants.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap‑and‑water solution.
- Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
- Replace ductwork.
- Air balance.
- Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA certification.
- Experience with operation and maintenance of unitary, split, and ductless systems.
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
- NATE certification a plus.
