We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. If you’re looking for a job that really values its employees, reach out to us today!
Responsibilities- Conduct maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, drywall repair, painting, general maintenance and make any needed repairs with approval from the company
- Repair any damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
- Provide daily notes to the company when a job was completed and what/how was serviced
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
