LINTRIX is seeking an experienced Senior Low Voltage Field Technician to support commercial and enterprise projects across a range of low-voltage and audiovisual systems. This role requires a technician with strong hands-on experience, sound judgment in the field, and the ability to execute complex installations with minimal supervision while coordinating with engineering and project leadership as needed. This position involves travel and on-site work in active construction and operational environments.
The ideal candidate takes pride in clean installations, understands system intent, and can make informed decisions in the field.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform installation, support, and troubleshooting of low voltage and AV systems in commercial and enterprise environments
- Execute system design adjustments in the field in coordination with engineering when required
- Make informed decisions related to audio equipment placement, including microphones, speakers, and related components
- Determine appropriate cable pathways and cable management infrastructure
- Make display mounting decisions, including mounting method, location, and structural considerations
- Perform basic mechanical and light construction fabrication as required to support system installation
- Support MDF and IDF data room build-outs, including rack placement, layout coordination, and equipment organization
- Perform full rack and stack of AV, low-voltage, and network equipment (switches, patch panels, AV hardware, UPS, etc.)
- Route, dress, label, and secure cabling to professional standards with long-term serviceability in mind
- Coordinate power, grounding, and equipment mounting clearances in collaboration with engineering and project leadership
- Maintain clean, consistent rack standards across projects and client environments
- Install and wire automation and control systems
- Support and install network infrastructure, including troubleshooting general network connectivity issues
- Support and install Security Camera infrastructures as required by the project scope
- Read, interpret, and execute work from building plans, cabling schematics, and construction documents
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to support project execution
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the low-voltage and AV integration industry
- Strong working knowledge of Crestron control systems and hardware
- Strong working knowledge of traditional audio DSP hardware and programming
- Experience with general cable termination, including category cable, video, and audio cabling (fiber experience is a plus)
- Experience installing and supporting network infrastructure within MDF/IDF and enterprise environments
- Experience installing and supporting CCTV infrastructure
- Ability to wire, dress, and label full A/V and data racks independently and to professional standards
