Field Service Technician

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician. The individual will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of equipment for clients across different industries. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, maintaining and servicing equipment, documenting service reports, and ensuring minimal downtime for essential assets. Excellent customer service and effective communication are critical for success in this role, as the Technician will interact directly with clients to address their needs and provide technical support efficiently.

• Technical skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing cold and hot beverage equipment systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety guidelines and protocols
• Strong organizational and time management skills for completing service calls and maintaining schedules
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and explain technical issues clearly
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and problem-solve in a remote environment
• Experience in the grocery, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field service visits
