• Serve as the on-site technical expert for commercial and residential flooring installations, providing hands‑on expertise and training
• Support sales representatives with technical product, installation, and performance assistance on various projects
• Conduct inspections of field projects, analyze issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Approach field situations as training opportunities to empower installers with knowledge and solutions
• Plan and supervise test installations, collaborating with R&D and corporate quality teams on new product development

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial flooring installation experience
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and residential resilient installation processes, methods, and tools
• Strong public speaking, teaching, and training skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Experience with sheet goods, heat welding, and flash coving
• Carpet installation experience
• Professional certifications in flooring installation
