Residential Mid Level and Commercial High Level with VRF Experience

Direct Placement

Pay: $25-$72 per hour

We are hiring skilled HVAC technicians to support both residential and commercial service operations across the LA Basin. These full time direct placement roles require five to ten years of experience. The residential role focuses on mid level service work, while the commercial role requires high level experience with VRF systems. An EPA Universal certification is required for both positions.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Residential service for the mid level role
• Commercial service and VRF system work for the high level role
• Provide professional customer service and clear communication
• Ensure safety and compliance on every work site

• Five to ten years of HVAC experience in residential or commercial service
• VRF experience required for the commercial high level role
• EPA Universal certification
• Submit to a drug test and physical
• Strong troubleshooting ability and reliability

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
