Security Officer - Dispatch Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, property rules, and Allied Universal guidelines, and by supporting security-related operations at a commercial real estate location.;
Operate the dispatch function by monitoring alarms, cameras, radios, phones, and/or building systems, and by routing calls for service to appropriate personnel while maintaining clear communications.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting actions taken, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, including tracking keys, badges, work orders, and/or access requests in accordance with site policies.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, garages, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage
