Security Officer - Part-Time Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property common areas, tenant corridors, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and observe traffic flow, assisting with visitor directions and/or credential checks as required by location procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications, and coordination with property management and/or local emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and maintenance or hazard notifications, and communicate security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
